Gift Card - Floral Arrangements, Bouquets & Gifts

1. General Use  Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.

2. Expiration and Fees Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.

3. Redemption Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.

6. Balance and Transaction History You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.

7. Fraud and Abuse We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

9. Customer Support For questions or assistance with your gift card, please contact our Customer Support team or call the store directly.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
